1.   Personal data protection

2.   Payment system

You have two payment methods:

– Transferencia Bancaria: Puedes realizar tu compra mediante transferencia bancaria, escogiendo esta forma de pago al finalizar tu pedido. Los pedidos realizados por transferencia, no serán enviados hasta que se halla confirmado el pago, si quieres que el proceso sea más rápido envíanos por email el justificante del ingreso.

– Credit card: by means of this form of payment, you will be able to pay your order in a totally secure way through our collaborating bank Banco BBVA, at the end of the purchase. The data entry procedure is guaranteed by SSL (Secure Socker Layer) encryption technology – 256 bits, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available. Thanks to this system, no third party will have access via the Internet to this information regarding the bank details entered by the customer. This form of payment does not carry any commission. If you want to use this payment method, you must place the order through the web.


3.   Prices

The articles displayed on include Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax) of 21%.

4.   Delivery times

The delivery time will be 3 to 15 days depending on the manufacture of the products that the order takes.

If the ordered product is out of stock and the shipment is to be delayed, not being able to meet the delivery period that we have indicated, you will be notified immediately, by phone or by email as soon as we have proof of it, which will always be before the date that we indicate delivery. You will have the option to wait until its replacement, replace it with another item or cancel your order. In the case of canceling the order and having it been paid, the amount will be fully reimbursed through the same means that you made the payment within 24/48 hours.

At we deliver from Monday to Friday during the normal working hours of the transport companies with which we collaborate (except when it is a holiday and affects the town where the delivery has to be made).

5.   Shipping costs

The shipping costs are:
Peninsula : € 8.25 (VAT INCLUDED)
Balearic Islands : € 12.55 (VAT INCLUDED)
Portugal : € 10.84 (VAT INCLUDED)

6.   Returns

For orders of up to € 200 (of the same product)

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to make the return or exchange.

To process the exchange or return by sending an email to  and indicating the order reference and we will contact you to indicate how to proceed.

For orders over € 200 (for the same product)

We are product manufacturers, therefore, most orders that exceed 300 euros for the same product can only be changed if they have a manufacturing defect. In this case, they would be replaced by the same product.

If you have doubts about the qualities, sizes of the products, it is convenient that you ask us for a single unit to buy it before.

You can make the return by your means, in this case when the merchandise arrives, we will review it if there is any type of problem we will notify you and we will proceed to make the payment if it is convenient.

7.   Claims resolution

The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.

8.   Quality of the products 

Products damaged by misuse, and in which it is not demonstrable that it has been a factory defect, will not be paid or exchanged.

In the event of a defect, you must contact us via the contact form or by phone. The person who attends you will request the purchase invoice that is sent in .PDF format by e-mail when sending the order, along with an explanation of the problem. In the case of a manufacturing defect, will be responsible for 100% of the costs of return and replacement of a new product. In case of not being able to replace said product, you will be reimbursed the price for which you paid in its day, once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses
